The VIP ticket is not refundable.
When Do I Get Access? For How Long?
Starting Jan. 24, 2025, Summit sessions are released daily at 8 AM during the 5-day summit - Friday’s sessions on Friday, Saturday’s on Saturday, and so on. They remain available thereafter (as described below).

With a VIP Ticket, sessions remain available to stream for a year. For best results, BE SURE TO WATCH the Welcome video (available starting Jan. 10, 2025.)

All bonuses are available immediately, in the bonus section, except one that unlocks on day 2 (but is available immediately after Jan. 29, 2025).

The summit has one session, the live caring communication session, which will not be recorded.

If you purchase on or after Jan. 29, 2025, at the higher non-discount price, all sessions will be immediately accessible.
What About Live Sessions?
During the summit, Jan. 24 - 28, 2025 there will be some live sessions. On the day of the session there is a button next to it that you can click to join. After the session is over the session will be uploaded - within 24 hours - and is available thereafter a recorded session.

One live session - the Caring Conversation Session - will not be recorded.
